We carry three different sizes of scrunchies.

Our Mini scrunchie is approximately  3" in diameter. Our Classic scrunchie is approximately 6" in diameter. Our Xtra scrunchie is approximately 9" in diameter. 

Our scrunchies are designed to loop around 3 or 2 times. Depending on how thick your pony tail is. Our elastic is approximately 6 inches long.

FREE Local pick is available as an option at checkout. If you chose local pick up it is easier when you provide us your phone number so you can get a TEXT directly to your phone with confirmation of pick up details. The address and instructions will be sent directly to those who chose this option. If you provide us with an email you will receive an email with info and instructions.

We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible. 

Holiday Processing time will be 5-7 Days from 11/1/2022-1/1/2023.

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2PM EST (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. Delivery estimate dependent on method of shipping chosen at time of purchase. We offer Priority Mail and Ground Shipping options. Priority mail does NOT mean One Day shipping, however it is a faster option. Regardless of what shipping method you choose, we still process and ship orders in the timeframe listed under.Shipping Options:

Local Pick Up- Order Processing 1-3 days, you will receive an email/text with address for pick up with date and time. Pick up's will be from Alexandria, VA 22312. 

USPS Ground Shipping (Order Processing is 1-3 Business Days and Once Shipped Will Arrive Within 2-5 Business Days) Fee: FREE, for orders $35+USPS

Ground Shipping (Order Processing is 1-3 Business Days and Once Shipped Will Arrive Within 2-5 Business Days) Fee: $6, for orders less than $35.

USPS Priority Mail (Order Processing is 1 Business Days and Once Shipped Will Arrive Within 1-2 Business Days) Fee: $15.00

International Shipping (Order Processing is 1-3 business days) *DHL Mail for Worldwide Shipping and can take up to 20 days to deliver depending where package is being shipped according to DHL guidelines.  Fee: $25.00

Xtra & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided. Our packages are not insured because they are not over $100 of value per item. Xtra & Co is not responsible for any additional fees related to international shipping.   Please contact your local USPS or DHL for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.

Yes we do! We offer DHL shipping at checkout.

We want to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Please allow up to 24 hours for your email to be responded to.  Any emails sent after business hours are responded to the next business day. Emails sent Friday after 5pm EST through Sunday evening are responded to on Monday. Email us at info@xtraandco.com

Unworn and unwashed merchandise with all tags can be returned WITHIN 10 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. XTRA & CO does not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT. All returns must be submitted via our email INFO@XTRAANDCO.COM just send us your order number and item of return. 

Please note that the customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees for returned items. 

*Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We take the quality of our scrunchies very serious and it's really important to us that you receive a high quality product. We do our best to capture every detail of our scrunchie to make sure that the quality is top notch. However, if you do receive one of our items with a flaw we want to make things right and make it up to you!

Please take a picture and email it to us. If the product was purchased within 30 days we will be happy to replace it or give you store credit, or a refund. Please email us at info@xtraandco.com with a photo attached and your order number. If you do not know your order number we can look up this for you just send us your full name or the name that was used when making the order.

If you contact us after 30 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.  

Please make sure you want your item before you place your order. We do not allow order cancellations due to the quick turn-around time of items selling out. And let’s be honest: Our shipping team is AMAZING! Chances are your order is already packaged up and ready to go out.

We are so grateful for your order. Please make sure to review it carefully before it is submitted as it cannot be modified after it is packaged or shipped. No changes can be made once your order is packaged. Double + triple check that all details are correct. Email us at info@xtraandco.com to see if we can help you change things before your order is packaged.

Payment is charged immediately at checkout not when the item ships. Preordering is voluntary and if at any time you would like to cancel your Preorder for a full refund to method payment please do so prior to shipment announcement (In Stock) on our website. If order is canceled when Item is not a PREORDER item anymore than you will receive store credit. However if item is still labeled as a PREORDER item you will receive full refund for the item. Please check full details on Preorders on our Preorder Information page.

Preorders are available in a preorder tab. They are rare but they do happen every once in a while. You can preorder from any item that states PREORDER on the title of the item. This just secures you will get the item once it is launched.
